LandMarkers Development Group facilitates projects that serve the public good on a humanitarian level. The company works with nonprofits, private companies, governmental entities and public-private partnerships, including quasi-public organizations. There is no preferred project size or funding requirement, large or small. LandMarkers is open to considering projects that improve the human experience in this world.

Environmental stewardship and human wellbeing

With green virtues in mind, we seek to enhance and reclaim natural environments, support sustainable energy sources and food production, provide housing for underserved populations, enhance elder and end-of-life care, and support the arts for our youth.

Expertise that connects purpose and capital

LandMarkers’ principals provide the expertise to help clients develop the structures, documents and consulting support needed to present their projects to capital markets and investors. Where a brokered deal remains within LandMarkers Holdings, a philanthropic avenue will be secured to serve one or more of our preferred philanthropies.

Investor Holdings evaluates qualifying public-benefit projects through its impact pathway. Qualification, independent underwriting, financial and compliance review, and formal funding committee approval apply. Blended capital structures may be considered where appropriate.

The executive team of LandMarkers Development Group has managed, led and coached development, marketing, sales, finance and operations teams domestically and internationally for over four decades. As seasoned veterans, we have learned from our successes and challenges, from higher education and industry, and from the advice and counsel of colleagues, partners, mentors, investors and lenders.

As we begin a new chapter together for the LandMarkers Group, we share what we know about working together to manage and coach people toward outstanding success, while helping one another exceed our development aspirations. Company overview

LandMarkers is a real estate development sponsor of new communities with the ambition to become iconic places. The Group finances, develops, markets, sells and operates landmark destination resort and urban mixed-use properties.

Our multidisciplinary team includes master planners, architects, and legal, real estate, gaming, construction management, marketing, sales, finance and property management professionals. Together, they guide projects from conceptual design and entitlement through marketing and sales to homeowner association management.
