Funding Pathways
Commercial and public-benefit projects follow defined qualification routes, with approval based on the merits of each proposal.
Two pathways. Independent underwriting.
Commercial Capital Pathway
The commercial pathway evaluates structured debt and equity solutions for real asset projects. Asset-backed financing frameworks, institutional underwriting review and a defined capital stack architecture support the standard commercial approval process. Each proposal is considered in relation to its asset, sponsor and financing requirements.
Impact / Public-Benefit Pathway
Projects with qualifying humanitarian or infrastructure components may be considered through the impact pathway. Blended capital structuring is evaluated where appropriate, alongside independent underwriting criteria, governance and compliance review, and formal funding committee approval.
Qualification before structuring
Engagement begins with a preliminary capital assessment and confidential project review. The platform determines the appropriate pathway before progressing to indicative structuring discussions, financial modeling and risk assessment. A public-benefit objective does not replace underwriting or committee review.
Alignment over the life of the project
The capital philosophy emphasizes extended terms, defined amortization, asset-level risk containment and milestone-based deployment. The objective is durable capital participation that supports the development and operating plan rather than short-term capital cycling.
