OUR HUMANITARIAN MISSION:
Landmarkers Development Group is a facilitator of projects that serve the public good on a humanitarian level. The Company works with non-profits, private companies, governmental entities or semi-quasi-public / private partnerships. There is no preferred size of project or funding requirement, large or small. From a broader perspective, LandMarkers is open to considering projects that improve upon the human experience in this world.
Working with green virtues in mind, we look to enhance and reclaim natural and innate states to the environment, energy sources, food production, housing for underserved segments of populations, enhancing elder and end-of-life care and supporting the arts for our youth.
LandMarkers principals provide the expertise to align our clients with the needed structuring and/or documents and consulting services to present the client’s project to capital markets and investors. If a brokered deal remains within LandMarkers Holdings, an outlet of philanthropic avenue will be secured and serve one or more of our preferred philanthropies.
