Steven Hudoba is a seasoned senior financial executive, known for successfully designing and implementing corporate governance, risk assessment, and financial compliance programs in $75MM-$2.5B business organizations.  His broad industry experience comes from engagements in public accounting, and both publicly traded and private business, and includes banking and financial services, retail, entertainment, manufacturing, health care, higher education, and high tech.  His responsibilities with LandMarkers Holdings include the design and implementation of the Company’s business processes for the financial management of Developer Clients’ projects.

Mr. Hudoba has worked for or with all the Big Four public accounting firms, plus BDO Seidman, Cohn Resnick, and Grant Thornton.  His early career focused on information technology (IT).  When at Coopers & Lybrand in Minneapolis, Steven led the information technology auditing work at 3M, Ecolab, Land O Lakes, and the University of Minnesota.  At Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles, Steven took responsibility for several significant clients, including Toyota Motors, Great Western Bank, Parsons Engineering, Mattel and Cal Tech.

Steven Hudoba transitioned his career to broader financial, operational and compliance auditing when he joined Deloitte and Touche in Oakland, in 2000, as a leader in their internal audit practice.  Steven led governance and audit projects at The Clorox Company, Exodus Communications, Digital Island, Cisco Systems and the University of California.

As Chief Audit Executive, Mr. Hudoba led Guitar Center, Inc. through development of their corporate governance program in 2003, and initial compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley in 2004, garnering recognition from BusinessWeek magazine as one of the Top Ten Companies for Corporate Governance in the Fortune 1000 in 2005.  The company doubled in size from $1.2B to $2.3B in revenue during his six year tenure, and was taken private by Bain Capital in late 2007.

As their International Financial Compliance Executive, Steven successfully led all aspects of a readiness project for initial SOX compliance for 20 television production companies based in London and Amsterdam that were acquired by Warner Bros.  The success of the project led to additional work with the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden and TT Games in Manchester, England.  With Aviva Spectrum, Steven served as acting Director Internal Audit for DreamWorks Animation while rescuing their 2014 financial compliance program.

Steven Hudoba is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California and Minnesota, a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner. At the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Steven earned an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Operations, a B.S.B. in Accounting, and an A.A.in Information Systems Analysis and Design.
