As Managing Director, LandMarkers Investor Holdings, Boyd Rollins brings 40+ years of experience in Real Estate, business creation, and financial expertise. Boyd is particularly known for his creativity and thinking outside the box.  As former CPA, he understands numbers.  Starting numerous businesses, he understands the struggles of new businesses, and his corporate experiences provides a unique perspective that ensures project continuity from program conceptualization stages through to successful marketing and sales campaigns.

Mr. Rollins started investing in Real Estate in 1977.  He has also created several successful businesses ($30k+ net monthly income).  After working in the corporate world for the first decade of is career, Mr. Rollins, in 1980, started his first business, Creative Horizons.  After 4 years, Creative Horizons became the largest single site child care center in Southern California with over 400 children in daily attendance.  This business was created from scratch.

In the early, 1990’s, Boyd Rollins became a Farmers Insurance agent, and was #6 agent for home owner’s policies out of over 30,000 agents.

In 1998, Mr. Rollins created an internet marketing company that reached over 2,000 monthly subscribers before the dot-com bust.

Mr. Rollins started a loan brokerage company in 2001, and within 2 years was averaging over 30 loans a month, generating over $70k a month in net income.

Boyd Rollins co-founded with wife Buddha’s Best Edibles in 2010, providing patients with high quality, affordable cannabis medicine.

Boyd spent the first decade of his career focused in the corporate world.   Boyd became a CPA in 1973.  When Boyd worked for Max Factor, his cash management/foreign exchange department was the largest profit center for the company.  When Mr. Rollins worked for Cal Fed, he was an integral part of taking Cal Fed public.  As Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, he was able to creatively increase Cal Fed’s value by over $500 million.  10 years later the Department of Justice interviewed him, stating his creativity saved Cal Fed from liquidation.

Boyd earned his B.S. degree in Business from San Diego State University in 1971
