As Chief Technology Officer for a leading network design and technology management company, Resort Projects.com, Philip Fell brings more than 30 years of information services experience to every LandMarkers project.

Prior to forming Resort Projects.com, Philip served as Senior Director – Information Services for The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa and their exclusive golf destinations, Shadow Hawk Golf Club and The Houstonian Golf Club.

He was the technology provider for The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center and has, for fifteen years, served as the technology consultant to the Houston Golf Association.

Philip designed the technology and networking for Redstone Golf Management and the Redstone Golf Club, home of the Shell Houston Open, and serves as technology consultant to both the Shell Houston Open, a PGA tour event, and the Houston Golf Association.

Mr. Fell offers expertise in Project Management, Strategic and Tactical Planning, E-Business Solutions, Team Leadership, Staff Development, and Capital Expenditure Planning. He is a graduate of Drexel University & Chilton Cantelo School in Somerset England.
