With over four decades of executive experience, Michael A. Reza is a highly respected leader in the financial industry. He has been instrumental in the development of hundreds of residential and commercial properties throughout the U.S., Trust Lands, Mexico, Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, El Salvador, and Costa Rica, bringing together financial innovation and global real estate insight.

Michael began his journey with a master’s degree in Business Administration and quickly launched his first mortgage company. Under his leadership, the firm grew to become a market leader before being acquired by a publicly traded company. He later built another mortgage banking division, which was acquired by Home Services of America, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he served as President for several years.

Michael’s business activities span real estate investment, development and financial services. His work includes MCapital Holdings LLC, which specializes in private lending for residential and commercial borrowers, brokers and real estate investors. He has founded several companies, including a private lending firm that finances development projects across multiple countries.

Michael has served on more than 25 boards and advisory committees, including prestigious institutions and innovative startups. He was appointed and confirmed by the U.S. Congress to serve on the Congressional Award Board, recognizing youth achievement and leadership. He has also served on the Fannie Mae Advisory Board. These appointments bring together his interests in youth leadership, housing finance and public service.

In addition to his finance career, Michael is an award-winning author and producer. He has contributed to several books and produced many acclaimed documentaries and films. His work and insights have been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX. Through books, documentaries and media appearances, he shares perspectives on leadership, finance and social impact.

Michael lives in Southern California with his family, where he continues to lead, create, and inspire across industries.
