Real estate financing and project evaluation
Through his company, Daylight Funding, Dan Yelovich has provided hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial and residential real estate financing over more than 25 years. He has been a top producer as well as a manager of a team of 20 individuals.
With LandMarkers Development Group, Dan reviews the many projects submitted for funding. He handles all correspondence with those submitting projects and makes recommendations to the LandMarkers Managing Director on which projects are suitable for the Private Equity Fund.
