Alan S. Lockwood is Of Counsel at Bond, Schoeneck & King in Rochester, New York. His practice covers corporate finance, private securities offerings, acquisitions and succession planning.
Before joining Bond, Alan spent 40 years at Boylan Code as an associate and partner. He advised emerging and established businesses on debt and equity financing, venture capital, industrial development bonds and initial public offerings.
His hospitality experience includes serving as a director and corporate secretary of Hudson Hotels Corporation. He also participated in developing Parkview Fairways Golf Club in East Bloomfield, New York.
As Nukote International’s general counsel from 2004 to March 2010, he supported overseas manufacturing, commercial contracts, intellectual property and board strategy, including its 2009 Chapter 11 reorganization.
